Beautifull Place 'Cenderawasih Bay' In West Papua

One of the favorite tourist attractions in Indonesia is the Cendrawasih Bay. This tourist location is located in the western part of the bird's head in Papua. Location of Cenderawasih Bay National Park

This area is a bay surrounded by several islands. This place is located in 5 regions and is located in two provinces, namely Teluk Wondana Regency, and Manokwari Regency in the province of West Papua. And, located in Nabire Regency, Yapen Regency, Waropen Regency in Papua Province.

The entrance to this area is on Papaya Island, Angromeos Island, Kwatsisoe. The best time to visit to Cenderawasih Bay is from May to October. Because, the whale shark which is the icon of this place will come from May to October. Actually, every month this fish is always present, it's just that the intensity is not too frequent.

The main transportation to this area can only be by plane to Biak. There are many airlines that will take tourists here. After that, you have to take a water sushi plane to Manokwari or Nabire.

If from Jakarta, you can use a direct plane from Jakarta to Manokwari. Then, continue it again using a motor boat as far as 95 km. It was a very tiring struggle to get to this paradise of Indonesia.
